Vivek Oberoi Speaks After Success Of Inside Edge
Mumbai, Vivek Oberoi, who plays role of Vikrant Dhawan, The owner of one of the world’s most leading sports management companies and the main villain of the series, said in an exclusive interview with 6D that it was a difficult decision to make. Vivek, who looked very excited, said while talking to 6D that many of his fronds told him not to take the role but his gut feeling said that he should. Vivek said, Many of my friend who opposed the role, later declared it as my ‘master’s stroke.’ Many of them watched all the episode through the night and kept sending messages. It feels good to be the ‘first’ the pioneer of ‘web series’ in India.” He said that the show is hit because of the youth of India, who are the main viewer of the web series. While elaborating his role as Vikrant, Vivek said that he like the character of Vikrant because Vikrant was dangerous, unpredictable, some one who can go to any length to make people accept his authority. “I’m looking forward for second season,” he said. Vivek openly said that he is very impressed with performance of Amit Sial who plays Devender Mishra, Maverick’s spinner and a senior player in the team. who is a fixer and Vikrant Dhavan’s hand picked man. “Every character has such intense scene that one can watch again and again,” said Vivek.
